Overview

Ramp has received the following error message from your Accounting Provider NetSuite:

Needs permission Lists > Tax Details

How do I resolve this error?

Please follow these steps to resolve this error from NetSuite:

  1. Sign-in to an administrator role in NetSuite
  2. Navigate to Setup → Users → Roles → Manage Roles
  3. Find the Ramp Accountant Role
  4. Click Customize
  5. Name the role "<<company name>>: Ramp Accountant Role"
  6. Under Lists add "Tax Details Tab" with Full Permission
  7. Save the role and assign this new role to the user/employee who connected Ramp + NetSuite
  8. Disconnect NetSuite integration in Ramp
  9. Reconnect the Ramp integration by reentering script ID and account ID and select Oneworld
  10. Ensure you select the new Ramp Accountant role when you click allow
