NetSuite Sync Error | Invalid Field Value {field_value} for the following field: {field_name}
What's Happening
- Ramp is detecting an issue with the Item selected.
How to Resolve
- In NetSuite as an Admin , locate your Item record.
- View the Item profile.
- In the System Information tab, confirm that Inactive is not selected.
- In the Subsidiaries section, confirm that all subsidiaries are added to the item record.
- If the item is Non-Inventory or Other Charge type, ensure you select ALL the subsidiaries. (Selecting Parent Company + Include Children will not work.)
- Go back to Ramp and retry the sync in Ramp .
