What's Happening

How to Resolve

  1. In NetSuite as an Admin , locate your Item record.
  2. View the Item profile.
  3. In the System Information tab, confirm that Inactive is not selected.
  4. In the Subsidiaries section, confirm that all subsidiaries are added to the item record.
  5. If the item is Non-Inventory or Other Charge type, ensure you select ALL the subsidiaries. (Selecting Parent Company + Include Children will not work.)
  6. Go back to Ramp and retry the sync in Ramp .
