NetSuite Sync Error | Discount item was not found
The error message "Discount item was not found" typically occurs when discount terms are set on the vendor or bills in NetSuite. Ramp does not support syncing bills with discount terms.
How to resolve:
- In NetSuite, check if the vendor has discount terms applied.
- Use the search bar to locate Terms.
- Click on Field: Terms to view the vendor’s terms.
- If the terms include a discount, remove the discount term from the bill.
- Save the bill in NetSuite.
- Return to Ramp and retry the sync.
