NetSuite Sync Error | Changing the tax details for Tax Deduction at Source is not allowed.

The error is coming from the India SuiteTax SuiteApp. Ramp currently does not support NetSuite's India SuiteTax bundle, but a product enhancement request is in progress to add support.

The issue is due to a form change in the backend of NetSuite. When Ramp sends information to NetSuite with the Vendor and Subsidiary specified, NetSuite triggers a form change to expose the appropriate fields based on the subsidiary selection. As a result, NetSuite believes there's an update to the TDS field, which leads to the error.

Suggested workaround:

1. Create the bill directly in NetSuite to allow for TDS calculation and any required configurations.
2. In Ramp , enable Import Bills from NetSuite in USD .
3. Navigate to Bill Pay > Settings > Importing tab.
4. Allow the bill to import into Ramp.
5. Proceed to pay the bill through Ramp .
