NetSuite Sync Error | Cashback Requires Additional Info

Overview

Ramp has received the following error message from your Accounting Provider NetSuite:

We weren't able to sync across the following statement payments, as it appears that NetSuite requires additional information (Department, Project) for these statement payments to be submitted.

How do I resolve this error?

Please follow these steps to resolve this error from NetSuite:

  1. This is temporary to allow the transaction to go through (you can go back after the sync and re-check the settings to get the original format back)

  2. Click Save on the top left

  3. Go back to Ramp

  4. Reload page and reattempt the sync
