Overview

Ramp has received the following error message from your Accounting Provider NetSuite:

An nlobjSearchFilter contains an invalid operator, or is not in proper syntax: name

How do I resolve this error?

Please follow these steps to resolve this error from NetSuite:

  1. Determine if there is a workflow running in NetSuite that is causing issues.
  2. You can navigate to Customization > Workflow > Workflows to find workflows and what contexts they are running in. Need restlet to NOT be selected.
  3. See if you can avoid running the workflow in a restlet context in NetSuite. The customer should have a NetSuite admin or consultant that knows what this means. This will only work if they are not using other restlets that need this workflow.
  4. Try to resync transactions and see if everything is fixed.
  5. Navigate to Customization → Workflow → Workflows to find workflows and what contexts they are running in. Need restlet to NOT be selected.
