Loading company's negotiated hotel rates
Overview
If your company has negotiated rates with specific hotels, you can make those rates available for employees booking through Ramp Travel. Once loaded, negotiated rates appear automatically in hotel search results and are labeled Corporate rate, so employees do not need to enter any codes manually.
How it works
- Submit hotel details: An admin submits the hotel information via this form .
- Rate loading: Ramp works with its travel agency partner, Duffel, to load the negotiated rates. Duffel contacts the hotel directly to complete setup, which typically takes ~4 weeks.
- Rates appear in search: Once setup is complete, employees searching for that hotel on Ramp will see the negotiated rates labeled Corporate rate in the room selection list. Employees can also filter rooms by Corporate rate to find them quickly.

How do employees see the negotiated rates?
Negotiated rates appear automatically in hotel search results and are labeled Corporate rate. Employees do not need to enter any codes. They can filter by Corporate rate in the room selection filters to find negotiated rates quickly.
Can employees manually enter promo codes or discount codes for hotels?
No. Ramp Travel does not support manually entering promo codes or discount codes for hotel bookings. Negotiated rates are loaded by Ramp and appear automatically.
