Did you receive an email about Ramp's Metal Card Referral Program? If so, this article should help answer some of the common questions associated with this program.
Who is currently eligible for this program?
At this time, only users who received an email from Ramp about this program are eligible to participate.
When do I get my card?
Once your referral meets the conditions laid out in our terms and conditions, we will send you instructions on how to receive your premium metal card.
Can I give my card to a colleague?
Not at this time; your metal card is only redeemable for yourself.
What if I don't currently have a physical card?
If you don't have a physical card, you will need to request one in order to receive a metal card. Please see this help article for instructions on how to order a physical card
If I replace an existing physical card, will my new metal card have the same card info?
No- any replacement card, including a metal card received as part of our referral program, will have a different card number.
Can I get more cards for my team?
This incentive only applies to the specific user who referred a new company to Ramp. Users are not able to extend this offer to other users at this time.
What if I refer more than one person?
At this time, you are only eligible for one metal card for yourself. If you refer more than one company to Ramp, you and your referee will each receive our regular $250 incentive payout.
How do I track referrals?
You can track all of your referrals in your Ramp account, under your Referral dashboard.
Does it cost anything to get a metal card?
Once you have met the referral terms and conditions, your metal card will be free.
Do metal cards work the same way as normal plastic cards?
Yes- your metal card will have all of the same functionality as a plastic Ramp card.
