Ramp Negotiations is our white-glove SaaS negotiations service exclusively available to Ramp customers. We have a dedicated procurement team readily available to negotiate vendor contracts and manage time-consuming vendor communications all on your behalf.

How it works
- Audit: We take a deep dive into your current spending and align on your procurement goals.
- Negotiate: Intro us to your vendors by CCing us in an email or by submitting a contract in Ramp. Then, we’ll start negotiating on your behalf.

Save: A monthly report will show all your up-to-date spend and opportunities where more money can be saved.
- Maintain: As your strategic procurement partner, we work to ensure continual software purchasing doesn’t take up your time or cost too much money.
What types of contracts can you help negotiate?
Currently, we can negotiate SaaS, cloud, payment processing and more on the following types of contracts:
- New purchases
- Contract renewals
- Mid-term contract expansion
- Contracts that have just been signed
- Contract reductions
At this time we cannot negotiate:
- Ad-spend (LinkedIn, Facebook ads etc.)
- Hardware
Get started with one free negotiation
All Ramp customers are eligible for one free contract negotiation to test out the service. Contract reductions or contracts with cloud and payment processors are not eligible for the free negotiation.
- Upload - In the Vendor tab under the Negotiations section, you can select a vendor, identify whether you need help with a new purchase or renewal, and then upload your contract(s) for review.
2. Review - Ramp’s Negotiations Team will then review your contract and determine if we can help. If we need more details, we will email you asking for more information, so stay on the lookout. Once we have determined that we expect to find savings, we’ll notify you to book a call with a procurement specialist who will go over the service process. From there, our team would coordinate booking a call with your vendor rep, and build a brief (notes) for our Negotiator to use during the call.
3. Negotiate - the Negotiator will discuss your needs with the vendor with the objective of getting the best price and terms, while maintaining a strong relationship with your vendor. Once we’ve negotiated the best rate, we’ll notify you and ask you to review and approve.
4. Save - once you’ve approved and signed the new contract, the service is complete!
