How do I upload bank statements in the application process?

Applying with bank statements

When applying for a Ramp card, you might be asked to upload three current bank statements as a part of the application process. 

We currently require bank statements to be uploaded in PDF form to ensure the entirety of the statement is shared. Sometimes screenshots only include a portion of the information we need from the statement to underwrite your business.

Where can I find my bank statements? 

Login to your business banking account and look for the term “Statement”, sometimes this will also be under “My Documents”. Download your statement in PDF form, ensuring the date range is as recent as possible. 

What to do if you do not have bank statements? 

We do understand that switching banks can be common, therefore, you may not have three current bank statements to upload. As an alternative, we will accept the following in place of the three current statements:

  1. Statements from the last three months from your previous bank account OR
  2. A bank verification letter showing the following:
    • Name of business
    • Current balance
