Updating your company's address on Ramp is a straightforward process that can be completed by any account administrator. This guide will walk you through the steps to ensure your company's profile remains up-to-date.
Accurate business addresses are crucial for proper communication and compliance. Keeping this information up-to-date ensures smooth operations and accurate records.
Note: Your company's legal address on file serves as the billing address for all cards. When you update your company address, this change automatically applies to all physical and virtual cards on the account.
How to update company address
First, log into Ramp and navigate to Settings.
Under 'Settings,' make sure you are on the 'Company Settings' page. From there, select the 'Company Profile' tab.
Once in 'Company Settings,' locate and click the 'Edit company profile' button.
In the section that opens on the righthand side, find the address field. Enter the correct details, then click 'Save changes'.
The changes will now be reflected in the 'Company profile' tab.
Note: Remember to also update your ZIP code with any vendors where you have recurring payments set up. You can read more about Vendor management here.
