With Ramp’s and AAdvantage Business™ integration, your business travel flight receipts are automatically sent to your company’s Ramp account, where they are seamlessly collected, verified, and matched to corresponding expenses.
How do I sync my business travel with my company’s Ramp account?
- Register as a traveler as soon as you receive the invitation from your company’s Travel Manager. You’ll need to be an AAdvantage® member to register
- When booking on aa.com or in the American app, select ‘Business’ from the ‘Travel type’ dropdown before searching flights
Congratulations, your business travel receipts will now sync with your company’s Ramp account.

Alternatively, you can manage your membership from your AAdvantage® account.
