Ramp has received the following error message from your Accounting Provider Acumatica:
Document cannot be saved. Document number ( <NEW>) equals to the New Number Symbol of a Numbering Sequence. Please change document number.
How to resolve:
This error means that the numbering sequence for the document type (in this case, likely AP Bills) is set to manual instead of automatic, which is preventing Ramp from syncing the document correctly.
To fix this:

Log in to your Acumatica instance.

In the main menu, search for and open Numbering Sequences.

In the list, locate the sequence with Numbering ID = APBILL.

Open that record.

Ensure the “Manual Numbering” checkbox is NOT checked.

If it is checked, uncheck it to enable automatic numbering.
