Ramp has received the following error message from your Accounting Provider Xero:
We weren’t able to sync across the following statement payment due to this error. Cannot transfer between the same bank account.
Why is this happening?
You have set the Cash account and the Credit Card Liability account as the same account, which is why this error message was triggered.
How do I resolve this error?
Change the default accounts so that the Cash account and the Credit Card Liability account are not set to the same account.
- Go to Accounting -> Settings -> Export Settings
- Ensure the Cash account and the Credit Card Liability account are not set to the same account.
