Ramp has received the following error message from your Accounting Provider:
Statement payment sync error: We weren't able to sync across the following statement payment due to this error: the frombankaccount with the details provided could not be located
How do I resolve this error?
The bank account selected in Accounting > Settings > Default Accounts for Statement Payments is inactive within your accounting software.
You will need to either select an active account as the default or make the current account active in your accounting provider and retry the sync.
