Ramp requires all businesses to opt into auto-pay, which will automatically debit your account at the end of the statement period for the full balance on your Ramp cards.
If your company reaches the limit of the entire business before the end of a statement period, you can make an early payment here. Alternatively, simply login to Ramp and go to the Transactions tab. At the top of the page, you will see how close you are to your limit. To make an early payment, click the "Payments" button on the right-hand side of the screen and follow the instructions.
Once the payment is made, your limit is immediately made available. If you reach your limit again, you can make another payment. Payments take a few days to clear, and you can have at most two payments pending at the same time.
If you run into any issues, please reach out to email@example.com and we'll be happy to assist.
Additionally, you can enable your business to pay off your balance once you reach 80% of your total spend to help ensure you'll never get a decline due to reaching your business limit. You can enable this by heading to Settings --> Banking.
- If you enable this feature after you are at 80% or higher, the payment will trigger after your next transaction.
- Ramp will also always make a payment at the end of each thirty day statement cycle. So if you enable this, it's possible that you'll make multiple payments per statement cycle.
