Overview
Keeping track of your business's cards and limits is very simple to do within Ramp and can be viewed on the Cards tab.
How it works
Card Limits
You can track the limit of all of your cards by navigating to the Cards tab within Ramp. Here you can see all of the virtual and physical cards that have been issued to each user. One the list view, you can see the cards:
- Title
- Cardholder's name & role
- Utilization
- Limit
- Amount
Business Limit
This can be found under the Expenses tab. Here you can see the current balance used, the total business limit, the next payment date, and your available cashback.
Ramp sends admins and owners emails when the business reaches 75%, 90%, and 100% of the business limit via email. Admins have the option to schedule payments automatically when their business hits a percentage of the threshold.
