Both admins and users can order cards.
Admins and owners
If you're an admin or owner, you can order a physical card on your account. To order one for yourself, follow these steps:
- From your "My Ramp" menu click "Create Card"
- Select the type of card
- Fill in the required information and click "Create Card" once finished.
To create a card for a colleague use the following FAQ: How do I issue a Ramp card to an employee? If you're creating a card for a colleague who hasn't joined Ramp yet, the card will ship when they sign up.
Users
If your manager created one for you, it will ship as soon as you sign up for Ramp.
Otherwise, you can request a physical card for your manager to approve here:
- From your "My Ramp" menu click "Request Spend" in the top right corner.
- Select the type of card (Something Specific, General Purpose or an existing Card Program)
- For Something Specific or General Purpose fill out the information on the following screen and click "Create Card" once finished.
We'll then process your order (1-3 days) and ship out your new card with tracking and 2 day shipping. Your tracking information will be available on your Ramp dashboard to anticipate its arrival.
Note: physical and virtual cards are separate cards; it is not possible to order a physical version of an existing virtual card.
