Ramp dynamically sets two types of monthly limits: business limits and individual card limits.
Your business's monthly spend limit is the total spend limit across all your Ramp cards for your organization. This is calculated based on your company's cash balance, which is determined by the drawable reserves in the bank accounts that your company has linked to Ramp. Administrators can view their account limit on the Account Settings page.
If you believe that your business limit should be adjusted, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a business limit review.
Your company's Admin will determine and assign a limit for every card when they invite new users. This limit can be recurring daily, monthly, yearly, or non-recurring.
Head to your individual dashboard in order to view your individual card limit and current balance. If you would like to adjust to your limit, you can do so directly on Ramp. Employees can request changes to their Managers, and Admins/Managers can make changes in real-time.
More information on card limit requests can be found here.
