My receipt did not match. How can I fix that?
In the few cases where we've seen receipts not matching, there was too little information on the receipts to associate them with any transactions with a high degree of confidence.
Additionally, some merchants will not post a payment on your card until the item has shipped (example: Amazon's order confirmation email vs. shipment confirmation email).
We recommend that you either obtain a receipt that has more transaction information, a receipt once the item has shipped, attaching the receipt to the associated transaction by uploading it directly via your Ramp Dashboard.
