Ramp has received the following error message from your Accounting Provider Sage:

BL03002182, Description: Your company is configured to prohibit top-level subledger transactions. [Support ID: rMd_LEB033%7EZXhFoP0r2Xf-WDXWt5I_ywAAAAI

Why does this happen?

This is due to configuration settings in Sage Intacct. The error occurs because:

1. On the Sage side, you have configured multiple entities.

2. On the Ramp side, you have configured a single entity that maps to the top-level entity in Sage Intacct.

3. You were trying to sync bills from Ramp to the top-level entity and failing because:

The top level is not an operating entity in Sage Intacct. So, even though we were trying to pass to the top level, Ramp still had to be connected to 1 of the entities.
