Ramp has received the following error message from your Accounting Provider Sage:
There was an issue with your sync. We weren't able to process your sync due to this error. Errorno: XL30000006, Description: Login information is incorrect [Support ID: HYJREB037Y7E25_caP042Pz-6uRMWuPSOAaAAAjW]
Please follow these steps to resolve this error from Sage:
1. Go to the Accounting tab and click on Settings
2. Scroll down and click Disconnect Sage Intacct
3. Once disconnected, please click on Sage Intacct to reconnect
4. Follow the prompts to complete (consult this setup guide if needed)
