Ramp has received the following error message from your Accounting Provider Netsuite:
We weren't able to sync across the following statement payments, as it appears that NetSuite requires additional information (Department, Project) for these statement payments to be submitted.
Please follow these steps to resolve this error from Netsuite:
- On NetSuite, go to Transaction > Financials > Make Journal Entry > List
- On the top right, click Customize > Customer Form > Head to “Screen Fields” -> Main (if the error field is not in Main, it might be somewhere else within “Screen Fields”)
- Locate the error field (in the error message, it is Department)
- Uncheck both Mandatory and Show for that field (quirk on NS that even if its not Mandatory, only showing the field might make it mandatory which is why we uncheck both): example image below
- This is temporary to allow the transaction to go through (you can go back after the sync and re-check the settings to get the original format back)
- Click Save on the top left
- Go back to Ramp
- Reload page and reattempt the sync
