NetSuite Sync Error | Too many vendors with name [X] at realm [Y]

Ramp has received the following error message from your Accounting Provider Netsuite: 

Too many vendors with name [X] at realm [Y].

OR

"There is already a vendor using that entity name. All vendors must have a unique entity name.

Go <ahref="javascript:history.go(-1);";>back</a>, change the entity name and resubmit."

Please follow these steps to resolve this error from Netsuite:

To resolve the error, remove any duplicate vendors of the same name, including inactive vendors.

1. Sign into NetSuite.
2. Search for vendors with the same listed in the error. Be sure you have checked the Include in-actives box.
3. Ensure there are no duplicates of this vendor including inactive vendors by deleting or renaming the duplicates.
4. Refresh Ramp and Retry your sync.
