NetSuite Sync Error | NetSuiteResourceException ('Lines with partially recognized rev rec or amortization schedules can not be deleted.')

Ramp has received the following error message from your Accounting Provider Netsuite: 

 

NetSuiteResourceException ('Lines with partially recognized rev rec or amortization schedules can not be deleted.'

 

Please follow these steps to resolve this error from Netsuite:

 

  1. Delete the revenue recognition journal entries created from the revenue recognition schedule attached to the transaction, then resync the bill payments to NetSuite.

OR

  1. Create a manual journal entry to make the adjustment within NetSuite.

 

 

Raw error message: "NetSuiteResourceException ('Lines with partially recognized rev rec or amortization schedules can not be deleted.')" for your technical team.
