NetSuite Sync Error | Invalid account reference: Default expense account cannot be a liability account

Ramp has received the following error message from your Accounting Provider NetSuite: 

Invalid account reference: Default expense account cannot be a liability account

Please follow these steps to resolve this error from NetSuite:

1. Log in to your NetSuite account with administrative privileges.

2. Navigate to **Accounting Preferences**.

3. Locate the **Default Expense Account** setting for the relevant vendor or subsidiary.

4. Ensure the account is not set to a liability account.

5. Select an appropriate expense account.

6. Save your changes.
