Ramp has received the following error message from your Accounting Provider Netsuite:
Too many vendors with the same name in Netsuite
We encountered an error due to multiple vendors with the same name in your Netsuite account.
How do I resolve this error?
Please follow these steps to resolve this error from Netsuite:
- Sign in to NetSuite.
- Search for Vendors.
- Check the box for "Include in-actives" during your search.
- Remove duplicate vendors, including inactive vendors
- Refresh your Ramp instance.
- The vendor should now appear.
Raw error message: we weren't able to process your sync due to this error. there is already a vendor using that entity name. all vendors must have a unique entity name. Go >ahref=*javascript.history....etc for your technical team.
