The Add-in is available to only Admins and Owners.

- Spend → view, which consolidates common fields between transactions, reimbursements, and bills
- Transactions → spend done via virtual / physical cards
- Reimbursements
- Bills
- Cards
- Users
If I edit my data in Excel, will it modify the data in Ramp?
No, right now the Add-In is read-only, so the data only comes into Excel.
What is a saved view?
A saved view is a custom configuration of selected columns that you frequently use when importing data from a table. This allows you to quickly access and import your preferred subset of columns without having to select them each time.
How do I create a saved view?
When importing from a table, you'll see many columns to choose from.
- Select the columns you want to always see.
- Click 'Import'.
- Click 'Save View'.
- Name your view and click 'Save'.
- To access your saved view, go to the 'Saved Views' tab next to 'Import Data'. Select your saved view to always pull the same subset of columns you selected earlier.
How can I cross-reference information I find through the add-in within Ramp?
There are ‘URL’ columns that can link you to the exact line item that you are viewing in the add-in within Ramp.
What happens if I send a file that pulls data from the Excel Add-In to someone else?
All the data you have imported will remain in the spreadsheet, but the recipient will not be able to import additional data unless they also have access to the Excel Add-In.
