Overview
This guide will walk you through the process of connecting Microsoft Dynamics Business Central 365 with a BSSI Multi-Entity Management extension to Ramp, enabling seamless integration for managing your financial data. Please follow these steps carefully to ensure a successful connection.
Note: The only Multi-Entity Management extension Ramp supports is the Binary Stream Software extension.
Prerequisites
Step 1: Initiate Connection from Ramp
Step 2: Choose Microsoft Dynamics Business Central
Step 3: Connect Your Company
Step 4: Download and Install the Ramp App
Step 5: Grant Consent to the Ramp App
1. In Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, navigate to Entra Applications.
2. Find the Ramp Connector and, if you're an Azure admin, click Grant Consent.
3. Follow the prompts and click Accept.
Step 6: Enable the Ramp Connector Permission Set
1. Navigate to Entra Applications in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.
2.Search for the Ramp Connector and change its state from disabled to enabled.
3. Confirm the creation of a user called Ramp Connector by clicking Yes.
4. Click open User Permission Sets, not to be confused with UserGroups.

2. Then, assign the BSSI MEM permission set to this user.
