In May 2024, First Republic Bank accounts and banking technology will be transitioned to JPMorgan Chase's systems. This article explains what this means for your First Republic bank accounts connected to Ramp.

What do I need to know?
ACH numbers
- Your existing ACH numbers will remain the same
- You'll still be able to pay statements, bills, and reimbursements on Ramp without interruption
Bank account names
- If you have a First Republic business account manually connected to Ramp, it will be automatically renamed to JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NA
- If you have a direct bank connection, your account name on Ramp will stay the same
What you need to do
At this stage, no action is required from you. Your access and ability to use Ramp will continue uninterrupted during the transition. However, we recommend:
- Regularly monitoring your connected accounts
- Notifying us if you notice any issues or discrepancies
