Overview
The IT Admin is a user role for employees, typically IT teams or developers, who need to manage integrations, provisioning, and account security on Ramp. IT Admins do not have access to the business's spend information, and cannot manage spend controls. IT Admins have the same permissions as an employee or cardholder with additional access to edit People, Company Settings, Developer API, and Integrations.

What can the IT admin user do?
IT Admins have all of the access and features of an employee.
On top of employee permissions, IT admins can also access the following areas of Ramp:
- People tab
- View all Ramp users
- View user profile drawer
- Edit user profile
- Cannot see any spending activity or missing items
- Invites
- Can send an invite to anyone with any role
- Cannot send an invite with spend (default spend will still be issued)
- View, resend, and delete pending invites
- HRIS invites and terminations
- View all Ramp users
- Company settings
- Edit business address
- Set Up SSO/SAML
- Integrations
- Can set up and manage integrations in the integrations tab
- Ramp developer API
