How to delete an entity on Ramp

Note: This article primarily applies to Ramp Administrators.

Overview

This article explains how to remove an entity from your Ramp account.

Important note: If an entity has transactions associated with it, meaning there are historical transactions tied to a previously paid statement, the entity can NOT be deleted. Only its members can be moved to a new location/entity.

How it works

To delete an entity, you can follow the steps below:

1. Click on Company > Entities
2. Select the entity to delete
3. One the right side, click on Entity details
4. Under the Danger zone section, select Remove
