Ramp makes it easy to have conversations about spend. Simply navigate to the item you'd like to have a conversation about and click the Activity tab. Commenting is available for bills, bill vendors, reimbursements, transactions, cards, card programs, card requests, and card merchants.
How does commenting work?
The owner of the spend object (i.e. the transaction, card request) and approvers may all comment in the Activity tab and receive new notifications from comments. See below for a list of additional commenting actions.
- Comments may be edited
- Comments may be deleted
- Notifications can be turned on or off via the Unsubscribe button
- Spend object owners are automatically subscribed, other individuals, including approvers, must be tagged to receive notifications
- You may tag other Ramp users, who will also be subscribed to the activity
