If you believe you were charged an incorrect amount for a transaction, you can let us know about this right from your Ramp dashboard.
1. Head to your Transactions page on your Ramp account and click on the problematic transaction
2. Click "Flag Transaction", where you will be presented with an option then to flag the transaction as an incorrect charge
3. Afterwards, all you have to do is click submit and this will open a ticket with our support team to look into and work to remediate with you
