I'm an accounting firm, and my client and I will no longer be working together moving forward. How do I remove them from my Advisor Console?
Removing your client connections is easy. Just go to your Clients page, click into the Client's name, then click the red Remove Connection button. This will remove the client from your Console (including all of your staff's access via the Console), and it will remove you as their Accounting Firm from within their Ramp instance.
Note that only Console Admins can perform this action.
I'm a Ramp customer, and my accounting firm and I will no longer be working together moving forward. How do I remove them as my Accounting Firm?
Using the navigation bar in your Ramp, go to the Accounting Firms page (located under "Company"). Click into the accounting firm, and then click the red Remove firm from Advisor Console button. This will remove the accounting firm's access to your Ramp instance, including all of its staff that were previously assigned to your account.
Note that only Ramp Owners or Admins can perform this action.
One of the staff at my accounting firm is leaving. They're managing a few clients on Ramp through the Advisor Console. How do I remove their access, and assign new staff to their account?
Go to your Team Members page, click into the user and then click the red Remove from Advisor Console button. You'll be prompted to confirm you want to remove the user from your console.
Next, click into the new user you would like to assign to the client, and click the yellow Add [User Name] to Clients button. Repeat for every client that you need to assign new staff to.
