Ask Ramp is Ramp's built-in AI assistant. It can answer questions about Ramp's products, help with questions about your account, or take actions on your behalf.

Access Ask Ramp

To open Ask Ramp, go to Ask Ramp in the Ramp web app. You can also click the Ask Ramp icon in the left sidebar from any page.

Frequently asked questions

Is Ask Ramp available on Slack?

The Ramp Slack integration supports notifications, fund requests, and approvals — but does not include AI chat. If your organization has connected the Microsoft Teams integration, the Ramp bot can also answer expense policy questions there.

Can Ask Ramp take actions on my behalf?

Yes. Ask Ramp can take actions on your behalf, such as approving requests or updating transactions.

Can I see my previous Ask Ramp conversations?

Yes. Open Ask Ramp to see a list of your previous conversations, including the conversation name, date, and latest message. You can select any conversation to view the full history. You can only see conversations you started — other users' conversations are not visible.
