Reporting: track spend, AP, and efficiency across clients
Overview
The Reporting tab in the Advisor Console shows three sections:
- Cross Business Spend: shows all types of spend (card, AP, reimbursements) across distinct cuts — vendors, category, and type.
- Efficiency: shows time to approval and completion across Ramp tasks, split by client.
- AP Reporting: shows AP aging, outstanding bills, and stats by staff and company on AP spend.
Customize a graph
Clicking into a graph opens an editor pane, where you can:
- Visualization: change graph type, group by a different item, change the number of groups, and more.
- Data: switching over to the Data section lets you see the row-level transactions and similarly apply filters, add/remove columns, and download the data.
