Acumatica Sync Error | You must assign an Acumatica branch to this Ramp entity prior to syncing bills

This error means that Ramp doesn't know which Acumatica branch to sync the bill to. Even if you're a single-entity Ramp customer, Acumatica uses a branch structure, and Ramp needs to know which specific branch to map to the Ramp entity before bills can sync.

How to Resolve

1. In Ramp , go to Company → Entities .
2. Find the entity mapping section:

• Click into the relevant entity.
• Click the Edit button in the top-right corner.
• Under the Danger Zone , click Change Subsidiary and make sure the mapping is correct.

3. Assign the Acumatica branch: Select the Acumatica branch that corresponds to the Ramp entity.
4. Save and retry the sync.
