Acumatica Sync Error | Subaccount {subaccount} not found in the system
How to resolve:
- Sign in to Acumatica.
- Navigate to Configuration > Segmented Keys (Screen ID: CS202000).
- In the Segmented Key ID field, select SUBACCOUNT {subaccount} .
- In the Lookup Mode dropdown, choose By Segment: All Avail. Segmented Values .
- Click Save .
- Return to Ramp and retry the sync.
