Acumatica Sync Error | Inter-Branch Transactions feature is disabled

Overview

This error occurs when Ramp attempts to sync a transaction that involves multiple branches, but the Inter-Branch Transactions feature is not enabled in your Acumatica instance.

How to resolve

1. Sign in to Acumatica as an administrator.
2. Navigate to Finance > General Ledger > Preferences.
3. Locate the Inter-Branch Transactions setting and enable it.
4. Save the changes.
5. Return to Ramp and retry the sync.

Enabling this setting should allow the transaction to sync successfully.
